About
Bellevue Wilburton
Bellwether is developing affordable rental housing for a mixed-use Wilburton neighborhood near the light rail in Bellevue. This building will provide 120+ homes for low to moderate-income households (30-80% AMI).
The Wilburton neighborhood is changing. Years of public outreach by the city as well as leaders and community members involved in the Eastrail Wilburton Framework Plan have resulted in a vision of a lively neighborhood with easy access to work, school, shopping, and entertainment. In short, a great place to live.
Bellwether Housing is excited to bring affordable housing and community resources to the Wilburton neighborhood of Bellevue. Close to the heart of Downtown Bellevue, the site is located within a high-capacity transit corridor with easy access to Link Light Rail, King County Metro, bicycle trails and greenways.
Bellwether will provide high-quality affordable housing for lower income households in the Wilburton neighborhood, with ground floor spaces that will serve residents and the broader community. Once built, Bellwether Wilburton residents will enjoy a beautiful apartment and affordable lifestyle in a well-connected neighborhood.
