Maintenance Requests

Please report maintenance issues promptly!


Response Times

Landlord/Tenant law requires Bellwether to respond within:

  • 24 hours for loss of heat, hot water or electricity

  • 72 hours for loss of use of your refrigerator, oven, or dishwasher

  • 10 days for all other maintenance issues.


Most Bellwether work orders are completed within one week. Please note that during the pandemic, our Maintenance Team is prioritizing urgent repairs.


For non-emergency Maintenance:

Fill out a Maintenance Request form in paper or online. There are paper forms outside your building’s office. Drop the paper form off with your Site Manager or in the rent box. There is an online version of the form on the Bellwether website at https://www.bellwetherhousing.org/maintenance-request.
