Rent and Access

Please do not leave clothing or personal belongings unattended in the laundry room or other common areas. Unattended items may attract theft, and Building Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen property in these spaces. If you need to step away, we recommend setting a timer to ensure your laundry is promptly retrieved and not left unattended for an extended period.

Washers and dryers are maintained by Hainsworth Laundry Company. If a washer or dryer malfunctions, visit the Hainsworth Service Request Portal. You will need to provide your name, phone number, email, and machine ID, please include the community name in the description box.
