We are glad that you found housing at Bellwether. You likely know firsthand how challenging it can be to find an affordable place to live in Seattle.

Bellwether Housing is responding to the need for affordable housing by adding 2500 new apartments to our portfolio by 2025, including three buildings currently under construction. We are focusing on building many 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for larger families.
