The team has a combined 50 years of development experience, including expertise in the use of public resources to create housing and structure financially complex transactions. In particular, Bellwether specializes in the use of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, as well as the Historic Tax Credit, to create the equity necessary to capitalize a project.
