Our Annual Fundraiser Luncheon was a success!
We appreciate your presence, your donations, and everything you do in support of affordable housing in urban King County.
As Deva Hasson, the chair of our board of directors, said, our communities' affordable housing crisis may seem like a big puzzle —one of those 5,000-piece ones — which can feel overwhelming. Bellwether puts many of the essential pieces together, with our affordable housing and residence services framing the picture and giving the puzzle structure. And by attending Closer to Home, and adding your supporting pieces, you are doing your part to solve the puzzle and help people build stability. Thank you for helping us put the pieces together for 5,000 residents!
For those of you who attended the event, we hope you enjoyed the inspiring speakers, the heartwarming video, and good company.
If you didn't get a chance to come to yesterday's luncheon, please donate to support affordable housing and opportunities for people in our communities.
We raised $430,000 and counting...
