Project Description:
Acquisition and phased rehabilitation of a former university dormitory into 50 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. Phase one, which was completed in 2013, included balcony replacement, electrical upgrades and limited renovations. Phase two, completed in 2015, and addressed extensive interior and exterior improvements to preserve the building well into the future.
