  3. receiving benefits under Title IV of the Social Security Act (e.g., TANF)

  4. At least one student participates in a program receiving assistance under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act or under other similar, federal, state or local laws. (Attach documentation of participation.)

  5. previously under the care of a state foster care system

Project Description:

Acquisition and phased rehabilitation of a former university dormitory into 50 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. Phase one, which was completed in 2013, included balcony replacement, electrical upgrades and limited renovations. Phase two, completed in 2015, and addressed extensive interior and exterior improvements to preserve the building well into the future.
