Opening

Spring 2022

Madison/Boylston is a partnership between Bellwether Housing and Plymouth Housing in the heart of First Hill.

Bellwether Housing will operate 253 affordable studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes on Floors 7-16. 

Vibrant ground floor vibrant retail along Madison Street

Large community room and roof deck.

Within walking distance of light rail, street car and buses.

No on-site parking.

Plymouth Housing will operate 115 studio home for formerly homeless seniors with on-site supportive services on Floors 1-6.
